Online Account Access

 

Login 

Use this link after you have established your online account.

First Time User Login 

 

This will walk you through the online account set-up process.

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

First Time Users

Clicking on the First Time User Login will enable you to establish your Online Access Profile. (You will only need to do this the first time you access your account.)

 

 

 

 

 

    

1.

Enter your Social Security Number in the box provided.

 

2.

Enter your account number (19680051) in the box below and click Next.

 

3.

Create a username and password and enter them into the boxes provided and click Next.  (Please note: The username and password must contain at least one number and one letter and be at least 8 characters long. The username and password are case sensitive).

 

4.

Follow the steps answering questions.

 

5.

Enter valid email address.

 

6.

Answer security questions. Click Continue.  You are now ready to logon.

 

7.

Click Logon.

 

8.

Enter in your username and password you previously created and click Logon.

 

 

Congratulations! You can now navigate your account.

 

Once you have set up your Online Access Profile you can check in on your investments or make decisions about them. You must type in your unique username and password (created during Online Access Profile set-up) each time you wish to access your account.

 

 

 

 

 

Account Access by Phone

 

    

1.

Call the Nationwide INQUIRE system at (800) 772-2182.

 

2.

Enter 1 for English or 2 for Spanish.

 

3.

Enter your Social Security Number when prompted.

  4.

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) when prompted.  First Time Users: You will need to use "1234" as your PIN the first time you call.  You will then be prompted to select a new pin.

    Congratulations! You can now navigate your account.
     
    For account information press 1 then:
           Press 1 to hear your account balance
           Press 2 to hear Nationwide Fixed Fund interest rates
           Press 3 to hear how your current contributions are being directed
           Press 4 to hear your transaction history
     
    To process transactions, make changes to your account, or to change your PIN, press 2 then:
           Press 1 to exchange funds
           Press 2 to change how your future contributions will be directed
           Press 4 to change your PIN
     
    For a tutorial on using the INQUIRE system, Press 5
     
    From any menu you may also:
           Press * 6 to return to a previous menu
           Press * 0 to speak to a Customer Service Representative
           Press * 9 to end the call
