General Fees

• $1.50 per month

• 0.30% annual administration fee

• Vanguard and American Funds investment options carry an additional 0.40% annual administration fee.

Transaction Fees

• Distribution or rollover (including hardship withdrawal and unforeseeable emergency withdrawal): $50

• Loans: $65 processing fee and $50 annual maintenance fee

• There are no front-end loads, back-end loads, or surrender fees associated with the plan.

All fees, with the exception of loan fees, are automatically deducted from your account.
