Schedule of Fees

The following general fees and transaction fees are specific to the Nationwide Life Insurance Company - SDCOE/Fringe Benefits Consortium 403(b)/457(b) Program Vendor on the FBC's Approved Vendor List.

General Fees

• $1.08 per Month participant recordkeeping charge.

• $0.75 per Quarter statement fee.

• 0.25% asset based administration fee and wrap fee.

    --Vanguard and American Funds investments carry an additional 0.35% asset

       based wrap fee.

Transaction Fees

• Distribution or rollover (including hardship withdrawal and unforeseeable emergency withdrawal): $50.00.

• Loans: $65.00 initial processing fee and $50.00 annual maintenance fee.

There are no front-end loads, back-end loads, or surrender fees

Compliance Fees (not specific to Nationwide)

• Up to $2.00 per month compliance fee assessed to active contributors to any FBC approved vendor

The FBC Program has prepared a TPA Fee Disclosure Statement in accordance with California Education Code Section 44041.5
